| The training materials that this work package will come out with will be used for the training of the students, technical workers in the food industry and all other workers in the field of food industry and technology. The materials will address all the topics that of interest to the workers in the field. These materials will first be defined then the content validated and then produced to be accessible for all members in academia and industry sectors. Materials will be an output of collaboration between the Jordanian and EU members in this field. |  |
